Compost Extractor: Rotor Model

Next-generation compost extraction. Self-emptying, high capacity, and exceptionally gentle on biology.

The Rotor Model is a stainless steel prototype, developed as the next step from the proven standard extractor. With a capacity of 300 kg of compost per hour and a self-emptying design, it is built to keep pace with even the largest field operations, including a 24-metre field sprayer. There are no fast-moving parts, and biology that is washed off passes quickly and gently through the filter.

Key figures and performance:

  • Capacity: 300 kg of compost per hour
  • Up to 3,000 L of extract at 1:10 dilution per hour
  • Extraction efficiency: 75–80% at 1:10 dilution, over 80% at 1:20 dilution
  • Extract retains its quality for up to 12 hours, longer than with traditional aeration
  • Fine sand is separated out via a built-in sand separator

Construction and safety:

  • Built in stainless steel with a self-emptying design
  • Fitted with a filling funnel
  • Motor cuts out automatically if safety guards are removed, eliminating the risk of entrapment
