The Extract Distribution Kit mounts directly onto your seeder and delivers compost extract precisely into the furrow as seed is placed. Developed and refined over four years of field testing, it ensures consistent performance under practical farming conditions. The biology reaches the seed at exactly the right moment, maximising the contact that makes biological farming work.
Kit contents:
- 3D-printed distribution box with 4–36 outlets
- 12V diaphragm pump, sized to your seeder and working speed
- 1 mm inline suction filter
- 8 mm transparent polyurethane (PU) hoses, fittings and mounting straps
- Optional second 12V pump for gentle tank agitation
Typical application rates:
- Cereals (12 cm row spacing): 200–300 L/ha
- Maize (75 cm row spacing): 50–100 L/ha
Pump flow calculation: (Litres per hectare x hectares per hour) divided by 60 = litres per minute required.
The kit operates at low pressure with a diaphragm pump, one of the gentlest options for living biology. The distribution box delivers extract simultaneously across 4 to 36 rows, timed to reach the furrow exactly as seed is placed.
Do not use equipment previously used for chemical applications unless it has been thoroughly cleaned. Best practice is to keep biological and chemical equipment entirely separate.
